AS-Cert Desk indexes every document in a manufacturer certification pack, keeps scheme certificates apart from laboratory test reports, records the expiry each document states, and issues a bilingual Evidence Register beside an itemised chase list written for the factory.
Transcribe
Each sighted document is recorded as it stands: holder, scheme, certificate or report number, standards cited, and the expiry date the document itself states.
Triage
Certificates and test reports stay strictly apart, duplicates collapse on licence number, and limitations are marked CERT / TEST / REVIEW rather than resolved silently.
Chase
Passed expiry dates and missing Australian evidence become an itemised request list in Chinese for the factory, beside the English register for the certifier.

Scope limit
The desk records what documents state. It is not a compliance determination, design certification, or product approval. Certificate currency must be confirmed on the relevant national registers before reliance, and whole-of-building NCC / QDC matters remain with the Australian design team and licensed installers.
