AS-Cert Desk is the Modular Building Hub workstation for turning factory certification folders into a structured Evidence Register and a chase list the factory can answer. It supports QLD private-certifier style review workflows without claiming to replace a licensed determination.
Product story
Packs arrive as mixed PDF and image evidence. The desk indexes them, separates scheme certificates from laboratory reports, dedupes on certificate numbers where present, and surfaces stated expiry dates next to status chips.
Operating model
Collector seats review and chase; provider seats supply replacement files against the gaps list. Admin seats manage issued accounts. Portal paths follow the seat side after sign-in.
Trust & language
Copy on the desk stays transcription-first: certificate states, report indicates, needs review. Currency on WaterMark, EESS, ActivFire, NATA, and similar registers must still be checked on the live public database before reliance.
Commercial packaging
Monthly subscription tiers for Starter, Project desk, and Practice / multi-project appear on the rate card, with optional MCP / BYO-AI at A$2,000/mo. Accounts are issued per engagement; billed monthly. GST treatment is confirmed on engagement.
What this is not
AS-Cert Desk is not a compliance certificate, NCC / QDC approval, WaterMark licence, or design certification. Whole-of-building matters remain with the Australian design team and licensed installers.
